2. Timeframe for Returns

2.1 You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
  4.3 Refund processing time: 7-10 business days from the date of return approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items
